Jeff Barber, a highly successful commercial photographer in British Columbia, Canada for the past 20 years, has established an impressive reputation for being able to translate a client's vision into powerful and effective images for publication or presentation.

Jeff has photographed numerous high-profile events for both the federal and provincial government—including official portraits of the past three Lieutenant Governors of British Columbia, photographing the first official ministerial delegation from South Africa, being the official photographer for the Premier of China's visit to British Columbia, as well as being the official photographer for the Queen's Royal Visit during the 1994 Commonwealth Games.

Jeff has also worked with many agencies and companies involved with the travel industry–shooting regularly for companies such as the Oak Bay Marine Group, which has 13 resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest and Bahamas; the British Columbia Ferry Corporation, which runs a huge passenger ferry fleet on BC's west coast; and Clipper Navigation, which runs the navigational passenger link between Seattle, Washington and Victoria, BC.

As well, Jeff has gained notoriety with his "Signature" Panorama photography and his spectacular images have been used for many advertising campaigns.

Jeff, having moved to New Zealand to be close to his wife's family, is now freelancing from Martinborough, NZ.
